Lulay was a member of the Seattle Seahawks' training camp rosters for the past 2 season most recently and played for the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe in the spring of 2007. Lulay left MSU as the school's all-time leading passer after throwing for nearly 11,000 yards and 58 touchdowns.   Montana State University announced a long-term plan to expand Bobcat Stadium where the football team plays. The project includes a six-phase stadium expansion that would increase seating capacity to 22,000, up from 12,700.   Former Flathead High School (Kalispell) football player Charlie Dotson signed a letter of intent to play college football @ Montana-Western in Dillon MT. Dotson rushed for over 200 yards and 2 touchdowns while catching 19 passes for 247 yards and two more scores during his senior season    AWARDS - Four high school coaches will be inducted into the Montana Coaches Assn. Hall of Fame this summer included in the 4 is current activities director @ Whitefish High Jackie Fuller. Fuller has been the head volleyball coach @ Whitefish for the past 13 seasons, during which her teams won 5 Class A state championships. Former Flathead High wrestling coach Jeff Thompson was named Region 7 Coach of the Year by the National Wrestling Coaches Assn. Scholastic Board of Directors. Thompson resigned his job in late April. In Thompson's 8 years at the helm, the Braves won 4 Class AA state titles, were runners-up once and 3rd once.
